A breast cancer diagnosis marks the beginning of a complex and often overwhelming journey. Patients must manage side effects, medication schedules, frequent appointments, and emotional challenges. Maintaining a sense of control can be difficult, especially when care is delivered across different providers and systems.
To ensure we built something truly meaningful, we partnered closely with Novartis and involved patients from the very beginning. Through interviews, co-creation workshops, and user testing, we uncovered specific challenges that patients experience throughout their treatment. These insights guided the design of key features.
Using modules from the Dawn Health product suite, we accelerated development while maintaining full flexibility. Proven, regulatory-ready components were combined with custom-built features tailored to the needs of breast cancer patients and the requirements of Novartis. This approach allowed us to move from concept to launch with speed, precision, and confidence.
