Dawn Health today announced that the Board of Directors has elected Anne-Marie Levy Rasmussen as the new Chair of the Board. She succeeds Lars Marcher, who resigns from his role as Chair of the Board.
The appointment reflects DawnHealth’s continued strategic development following the recently announced €21.5million growth investment round, completed with the addition of Cipio Partners alongside the company’s existing owners, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker (CAF), the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Lars Marcher, Daniel Gewecke Daugaard, and Trifork.
As Dawn Health enters the next phase of its journey, the company will focus on scaling the Dawn Companion application and platform, supported by AI-enabled tools and capabilities, across both product- and enterprise-level SaaS offerings. This supports the company’s broader pharma–patient–EHR ecosystem strategy.
Anne-Marie Levy Rasmussen brings extensive senior leadership experience from global pharmaceutical companies like GSK and Bavarian Nordic, board leadership, and scaling of innovation-driven organizations. Furthermore, she has also served as CEO ofInnovation Fund Denmark, where she played a key role in supporting the growth and development of Danish scale-ups and technology-driven companies.
